Write to support@youriff.app. That address is for help with the app, a subscription question, or a request to delete your data.
Cancel YouRiff Pro
You can cancel anytime. It takes about half a minute:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap YouRiff, then Cancel Subscription.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles billing, so we can't cancel it for you. Open Apple subscriptions.
Delete your data
Email support@youriff.app and we will delete the songs and progress we can tie to you. Audio you uploaded for a chart is deleted within 24 hours. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
